Getting an answer about after I paid was near on impossible and it only got worse. I picked the guaranteed package to try and resurrect an amazon account apparently linked to a restricted account. Not only was the communication ridiculous with no answers to questions but it wasn’t successful and they have not refunded my money.
I hired Young Lanes to sell me a Professional Seller Accountan paid a lot for them. They never delivered the account and claim that sent in the refund via a check that was mailed first class, mail that never arrived, they are asking me to provide proof that the check was never delivered which is impossible since there is no tracking. They are causing me a substantial loss !!
