Yapstone does not answer the phone or emails. I have spent 9 hours on the phone and writing to Yapstone. I have to assume they have no intention of returning the guests money to the guest.

Once all the approvals were finalized which did take some time, it was pretty quick. The customer service is outstanding. When we have questions or need help with anything, they are super quick to respond and get us back on track.

They deducted money from my account for a client in which they had NEVER given me the money in the first place. They do not answer their phones and will only deal with you via email. Yapstone is impossible to deal with.

I asked for a password reset on the website and then through the customer service email link on the website. I still have not received the reset.
