I walked across the street) and waited for an alert... I never received one. Apparently, if the whistle is connected to your WiFi, it assumes your pet is safe and where they’re supposed to be. Well, that seems to be wrong . So I decided this wasn’t the device for me and my pets and I wanted to return it. I requested a return and it has even 22 days and I have yet to receive a RETURN LABEL from the company. Pet owners, please, go somewhere else. Where they care about you and your pets. This company doesn’t care. They care about your money.
Whistle is the greatest! The tracking system works well and alerts me about where he is, even when we take a walk in the woods. The weekly activity and health report is a really neat addition and helps me know how my boy is doing in activity, sleeping and even in licking and scratching. I charge the tracker overnight when needed, but it holds the charge for quite a long time.
