Very disappointing. It's like instead of giving out free candy samples you just handed out wrappers instead. This experience will effect how much I'd be willing to try any of your other paid products.

The support is terrible and they are selling useless plugins. I wasn't even able to get the pack right away due to the unknown error, so I mailed them, but needed to wait for their response for more than 2 days. Pretty inconvenient experience.

Very poor and user unfriendly. I haven't been able to use the product due to so many problems with the installation... worse money spend... I'll definitely not recommend.

It worked for a couple months and then it just gave me an error stating that I had to input my license again. Only to show me an error. There are no updates.
