When the product was back in stock they had issues with the billing address and claimed I gave them the incorrect billing address which was not true. After many emails back and forth still nothing. I showed them the original order and the billing address WAS correct. They are a waste of time and energy. Do not purchase from them. Two months of back and forth and finally I requested a refund.
Emailed them to get status of order, no answer. Emailed them again.....finally 10 days after ordering and requesting info they tell me OOPS...OUT OF STOCK, WE'RE WAITING TO GET MORE IN. Well thanks a lot. Not exactly the best customer service if you keep me hanging! So....BEWARE if you order through this company.
