I demand my full refund for the seats I bought with vayama system, but its impossible to have any contact with the company, it seems like theres none in customer service. So disappointed !!

This company is the worst. They make you wait a year from the date of purchase so that you can’t get your bank involved. Disgusting. I travel often and I will not be using Vayama ever again.

Vayama is no better than any other morally corrupt booking agent. They collected the money for my flight ticket, and now hide behind being unable to reach the airline excuse. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VAYAMA!!

My trip was cancelled and the airline immediately contacted me with regards to my refund! I am very happy with the result. Received everything in a couple hours. Worked really good

I am unable to get my money back and I am being changed over $1000 to rebook my flights I am angry, frustrated and saddened that a company can just take your saving money.
