Despite numerous attempts to get this reversed and their assurances that the report has been removed I find myself after a year in a precarious situation where a number of insurance providers have refused to provide me with any insurance cover. Hope will get better.

It's been a year and half since I started the claim and there is no solution yet. My house is completely destroyed due to water damages and I haven't been able to live in it even though I still have to come up with the mortgage payment. They are here to take your money and when you need them, will not help you.

This company is by far the worst company to work with in regards to a claim. They take their time, low ball you and then force you to sign for a final settlement WITHOUT them providing you a breakdown of what they are paying. It has been MONTHS and we are still waiting.

My home had a roof leak with mold damage. A year later, our family remains in this home as the insurance company fails to send needed documentation to my mortgage company. I have never experienced such poor communication. Horrible experience with this company.
