It was exactly what was ordered in ultra light speed shipping and the price was competitive with all the other retailers on line. I wouldn't only do business with them in the future but now consider them first before leaving the house to find it local. Amazing Job Tyler Tool.
placed an order with Tyler Tool but had to cancel it immediately. They didn't have a way to cancel it via their web page so I emailed customer support to cancel the order 10 minutes after I placed it. Their customer service rep contacted me stating that they understand my request to cancel the order. 8 hours later, the order shipped. When I contacted Tyler Tool to ask what was going on, all they could tell me was that order was shipped and that they couldn't cancel it anymore.
