A total rip off. I got my money back but small consolation to the work I'll have to do. Every time I call I get different answers. I'm done with my program and I just want to wrap everything up. It's super complicated. STAY AWAY FROM TIMBERLINE.

I’ve lost a settlement because of the lack of attention and served with a lawsuit from another creditor. It’s been over a year and half and I’ve been disappointed in several occasions. So frustrating to have to deal with Timberline at this point.

Timberline gave me fraudulent details and I am now facing legal actions. I have contacted Timberline multiple times about this and was supposed to be contacted by a manager. However, that never occurred. Don't trust them!!

Then I had a second account where a settlement was reached and timberline did not attend to it. I call frequently to inquire on my account and I’m told each time that someone will call me back and no one does. I will never recommend Timberline to anyone. Very disappointed!!!
