They have no phone number to contact. I don’t even know what to do anymore.I have not received it yet the book. I actually needed it for school very much and just looked stupid in class unprepared not having.

The process was overall simple but I could have gotten a lot more for my books than they gave which was frustrating. The book was fine but I was disappointed that even though I paid extra to have my book delivered faster, it was not guaranteed.

I had to contact my own credit card company for a refund because I was sent the wrong book. The still have not responded. I will not be using them again or recommending their service to any of my friends or family.

I would have to pay to get my book back. Now I have no book and no refund. If I would have known this I would have used a different buy back company.
