Very bad customer service , you’re on hold for over one hour! Communication, lies, poorly trained employees, time of factoring loads, customer service, long wait times to speak to ANYONE for help, high factoring rates are among the problems I've had with them.

They do not mind taking your money, but when you call IN regards of money they haven't paid nobody ever knows anything. Stay away from them!!

They don't even answer emails. With the pandemic, phone or email customer service from home should not be that more difficult than being in the office. If anything, it should make it easier. Which means, they're not really working when they're at home!!! We tried to terminate my factoring contract with them & that's another nightmare.

Insanely poor customer service!!! We’ve been with this company for 7 months and it’s been a headache. They’ve decided to start taking recourse fees from previous loads that companies haven’t paid them for, instead of reaching out and discussing the issue.
