A few weeks ago I placed an order with them and received a confirmation email. So I emailed them to ask where the shipment was, and they said they are putting the order on hold and I can’t order with them until I PAY FOR the disputed charge from several years ago!!! This company is beyond awful.
I received my items in a timely manner on the date they have given me. While my order was being shipped i received emails letting me know the progress of my order. I am glad I chose to shop with them despite some reviews which left me skeptical. Thanks! This means so much to customers.
I placed an order from their ebay store and they canceled my order the next day. I called them up and they said my paypal or credit card was no good which was a shock to me since I have a high credit rating. They wanted another card or paypal account. What scammers!! I went through the paypal resolution process and they never responded. Don't waste you time getting ripped off by this company go somewhere else.
