Avoid this company at all costs! Before signing the lease, we sought help via a customer service call to aid in understanding the complex or lengthy terms. Having now signed the terms, we find that the customer service representative seems to have lied to us on a critical part of the agreement.

I was constantly updated every step of the way. Every member of the team was helpful no matter their job in installation or planning.

They'll either completely ignore you or try to tell you that it's not their responsibility. I'm looking to see a way to get out from Sunnova’s incompetent and completely corrupt company. I've seriously never been so pissed off with ANY company like this.

I would advise people to please look elsewhere and avoid potential hardship. They changed the contract, and lowered the guaranteed production amount. Which is much lower than originally agreed upon, and lower than what my household needs.
