I finally called the customer service number and no one answered. I had to leave a message. I guess that is not the case, but their communication is very, very poor.

Truly pleasant and helpful. They sent out the item I was looking for immediately. They were just as gracious when it turned out I didn't need it and accepted it right back.

After 4 weeks with no product customer service was friendly and did offer the refund. This company does not keep it own inventory. They Just take orders and another company ships.
