Each person has the opportunity to take charge and love what they do. We are players and coaches that are eager to raise our hands, take ownership, hustle, and adapt.
There was no way to speak to someone or get customer service other than through emails. I had to wait days before getting a response every time. I still do not have the parts and want to return the product but they are telling me I cannot do so. I would not buy this product!!
Unfortunately they have the same bands as the watches we sent back. I am very frustrated because my concern was not heard AND the product the company list on the website was not accurate. It wouldn’t accept also my discount code!!! Very frustrating! Six weeks later it is not resolved.
