Serious Sips is a specialty beverage store and coffee shop supplier totally devoted to everything sippable: chai, tea, coffee, flavor syrups, smoothies, hot cocoa, and much more. Serious Sips is operated and supported by Serious Shops, with locations in New Jersey and Indiana.
We understand that online shopping has the best value for our customers if they can depend on prompt and affordable shipping, knowledgeable and friendly service, and fair prices.Many specialty products are, by nature, difficult to find; even online. I open my box, one of the cans burst open at the bottom and spilled all of the mocha powder out onto the other cans. In total I ordered 2 cans and all of the cans were beat up and dented, with one small piece of packing paper to keep them from bursting. The shipping gouges you and they have yet to respond to my email about the can that arrived empty.

I was supposed to receive the package last weekend. Long story short, the package still hasn’t ship and I have made multiple calls to try to resolve the issue and expedite the situation. The online order status says one thing different at how they are managing their orders. One of the products that I ordered was sold out and no one contacted me to let me know, thanks God I called and cancelled that product so my order could processed. My package suppose to be here today and still hasn’t ship. Customer representative told me basically that it was my fault because I was calling after 4 pm and by that time they can’t do anything because delivery drivers pick up packages at 4 pm, therefore, even though I called multiple days and times, following up my order, they couldn’t help.
