They only give you 30 days to review the item and I am starting to think that is on purpose as the tarnishing happens after that period. They won't do anything to help after the 30 day period. I have been happy with many of their items but unfortunately I am starting to feel like it isn't worth the risk to order from them in the future.
When the ring finally arrived, it was so badly damaged it was unwearable . Customer service said that because they already gave $45 credit, they weren't going to do anything else. Needless to say, the ring is going back for refund and that is my last purchase. It is shocking Ross Simons would send out jewelry to a customer this badly damaged.
