Horrible experience. And I'm sure ill get an automated response from rentspree how their sorry blah blah blah and pass the fault. Stay away from these not serious people, you will be scammed.

What a waste of time and money. There are plenty of realtors who don't charge application fees or make you go through Rentspree which passes on the costs to the applicant while agents pay nothing.

It was easy to sign up and easy to have my client complete the application and pay online. I created an account. It was fast, easy and we had results within minutes! Will use again!

I was unable to resize, move, or follow through with expected actions on a loptop running the most popular browser on the market. Absolutely useless.
