I've been using it for a year using it for many transactions. But recently when I had an issue (I chose Express service, supposed to be Within 4 hours as on their advertising, but turned out 5 days as the Economy service), I tried to called few times to find the answer, they Kept Putting me on Hold for more than 15mins, and when I tried to reach out to them, they just Ignored me so that I would hang up the phone myself. Tried to speak to a supervisor, no news
Remitly is 100% truly very worst money transfer service I have ever used. They kept the money for a very long time constantly asking for more info. The last step required a phone call which was absolutely impossible as both their numbers that they provide (Australian) weren't working. Also their live chat "tried to call me" multiple times (I doubt they actually tried). Cancelled the transfer and still waiting for days without getting my money back.
