Long-Distance and storage services
We have a wide fleet of vehicles at our disposal: so that the client does not have to overpay for the second trip or loading capacity — we will select the optimal size truck. Routes are carefully designed by our logisticians to avoid delays and damage to the cargo. The trucks of our firm are well-equipped and always in good order. It means that we will not let down our customers and deliver the belongings on time.
The delivery driver called me saying I still owed him $400 because I didn't pay the right amount. I refused to pay more until I talked to his boss. So then of course the boss called me right away and I had to fight with him about the contract and what was in it to get him to remove those extraneous charges. I then informed him some of my items were missing and I had someone else's belongings. They told me they would check for my missing stuff and let me know, but I never heard from them again
I was told my movers would arrive at my apartment in a three hour window. The three hour window plus a few more hours came and went so I called the dispatch person, he said he would call them and figure out what was going on. Calls me back and says they will not be able to make it that day, I told him that was unacceptable.
