There are fees on our listing that don’t apply and yet are charged to both us and the renters the insurance forms are not user friendly.

We will be looking for an alternative platform to list our rigs and grow our business because I can only imagine how difficult it would be to deal with a company that doesn’t fully support owners when even bigger problems arise.

We have always had excellent families renting our RV. No issues whatsoever even when there was damage. Outdoorsy always helped us manage the repairs and costs.

I've spent hours on the phone with reps, waiting for emails to be returned, and apologizing to renters. The last time, the rep said that the former rep was "in training" and that's why she was not able to help me, despite being on hold for 45 minutes and being promised a callback that never came. So bad.
