Description OOFOS

OOFOS began as a team of footwear veterans - friends dating back to the athletic footwear and running shoe boom of the '70s and '80s. Brought together by a desire to fill a need for footwear that could help fitness enthusiasts recover from repeated workouts on hard surfaces.

Stores are filled with athletic shoes designed to offer rebound and energy return - shoes that spring you forward when you're exercising. What was missing was a material that could do the opposite: actually absorb shock after a workout.  Revolutionary foam technology combined with a biomechanically engineered footbed.

Customer services is awful and almost impossible to reach. Hard to get in touch with anyone, it's very frustration. They are very fast in taking my money, but they don't care about people!!

I am really disappointed in these shoes, they are supposed to deliver the best support but is not. I've had them for 6 months and wish I never bought them.

The points that I raised were listened to and evaluated in the best sense of great customer service. The result of my supplying the pertinent information that Oofus justifiably requested resulted in my issue being 100% resolved to my satisfaction.
