Both times shows items in stock. Then when I didn’t see a shipment within week I contacted them. They said “Covid” excuses.. ! Shipping delays for holiday! They never shipped it. Then they wrote a rude email to me!!

I didn't get any notification that the order has shipped so why can't it be canceled. I called customer service and after holding for 10 minutes they hung up on me.
