Purchased a license. It doesn't work. You sold me a license that is not valid. The product would not activate without me contacting support. I would not recommend anyone to use this site.

They were attentive, no long waits between questions. After purchase, I had some downloading problems. I contacted them by phone and they helped me troubleshoot. They stayed on the phone until they were satisfied that the issue was fixed.

They gave me a defunct key. I told them as much and they've since given me a refund, but refuse to give the full amount. It seems like this scam is based off people doing exactly what I did. They just skim off the top.

They refuse to refund my money with the reason that I had downloaded the product code. Unacceptable and poor customer service. I am very disturbed by my experience with MyChoiceSoftware.
