MSc seem to think it’s all the governments fault not there’s, they should of informed people at the start what could happen or sent a generic email warning people after restrictions were not lifted after all they can send those out when they want you to upgrade.there customer service is really appalling people are being treated as a number not people,no meaningful apology nothing.

MSC should have said that you should however advise customers that their book links can be taken but they may not go ahead, in which case we would not have booked until after all restrictions had been lifted. Angry with MSC .

We choose MSC as price and time where what we was looking for. The beauty and spender of the MSC Preziora was second to none. From the moment we arrived at the ship we was treated like film stars. So much so that we are booking again with MSC for later in the year.

Thank you MSC crew for everything! What a great experience! Other guests on board were friendly also, how wonderful it is to meet so many people from different backgrounds and cultures! The kids made some good friends they had a hard time saying goodbye to also!

I cannot believe how the owners of this ship allow a captain of this standard to control this vessel. This vessel is more like a holiday cruise ship for the crew than a container ship due to the time spent in each port compared to other container ships.
