Started in 2002 by college student, Susan Gregg Koger, we’ve grown from a tiny dorm room to become a truly innovative fashion retailer. We now have three offices across the country, hundreds of amazing employees, and more brick-and-mortar stores on the way!

Horrible customer service!!! I have been trying to see about returning an item I purchased and cannot seem to get a response from anyone. I have tried contacting them by email and by phone and through the online chat option, and have gotten nowhere. Please honor your words and directions that you have placed on your website and let your customers be able to contact you.
