I am John Hecker and I founded Merchbar to give fans one place to discover and buy merch from all their favorite bands. A place that is a joy to shop, magically matches you with merch from bands you love and provides an unrivaled shopping, purchase and return experience so you can buy with confidence.
Our team of engineers, hackers, designers, lawyers (this is the music industry after all!) and merchandisers work hard every day with merch companies, artists, independent labels and distributors to create a company that not only helps fans but supports artists and the teams behind them.

As a customer, little things mean a lot to me and the staff who replied to me did so in a way that made me feel like l was being dealt with personally and not just getting a brief, standard reply. I would highly recommend Merchbar to anyone. Best wishes to you all there.
The customer service will respond to messages but do nothing to help you resolve your issues. Do not buy here. Quality very poor, color grey instead of black, much too big and a t-shirt was the wrong one. Keep your hands off people and order official merch! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
