If there is an issue at all, good luck with that!! They leave you high and dry!! They lie through their teeth!! They make promises they can't keep. A simple call back you're expecting? NOPE!!! DON'T COUNT ON THEM! I even got hung up on, what an utter lack of respect... I'm trying to save someone a headache at the very least. Save your money and go somewhere else.
My first time in for a consultation I was very hesitant and thought it might be a scam but I was blown away. The people there are so nice and understanding. I’m a freshman in college on a tight budget, and they worked with me giving me amazing deals so that I could afford laser hair removal.
Total waste of time and money, extremely unprofessional! When you sign the contract they tell you that after each treatment about 25% of hair might be left. After my first treatment there were about half(!) of my hair left. Okay, I decided, maybe next time would be better. But it was not.
