Killer Motorsports keep their website current and actually answer the phone! Very quick to ship and had the bike when they said it would be delivered.

I was willing to wait several weeks for the item but it's poor customer service to not advise a reason for refund or offer a similar replacement. I'm not sure how you stay in business if you can't fulfill orders with no explanation.

I got the scooter and it will not start at all and the kickstand is broke along with the top panel. I was so excited about having it and now this, yes I'm very disappointed in this , I should not have this problem I trusted you guys !!! This is not fair to me at ALL !!! I shouldn't have to take action to buy.

Very rude and lack customer service skills. i would not recommend this business to anyone. very dissatisfied with product. Wish I could have had an opportunity to give you 0 Star.

They don't know what they are doing. I was looking for missing parts at area stores. Not at all happy with the product. Hopefully it runs when I'm finally done hunting down the missing parts.
