Apparently I am out of warranty even though I have barely used this product. They are sending me another "fix". I have little hope. the customer first mentality and correctly admittedly bad products from this company does not happen. Disappointed for the cost.

Simply ridiculous to receive an item in that kind of shape. Didn’t expect that quality for that amount. I wouldn’t buy something like this again that can’t be returned. I expected a lot better. Not happy at all!!

Someone did not pack all the pieces in there. Hard to put together a trampoline when you are missing the parts for it. Seems like this wouldn't be something that a shipper missed, but something that was done at the manufacturer.

High quality construction and solid support. I've used it four times a week for a few months and it still looks and feels new. Well constructed and manufactured. Recommended.
