The Jetstar Group has one of the most extensive ranges of destinations in the Asia Pacific region. It is made up of Jetstar Airways (subsidiary of the Qantas Group) in Australia and New Zealand, Jetstar Asia in Singapore and Jetstar Japan in Japan. Jetstar branded carriers operate up to 5,000 flights a week to more than 85 destinations.
The Jetstar Group carried more than 37 million passengers in financial year 2018. Our mission is to offer all day, every day low fares to enable more people to fly to more places, more often.
Nothing but pure extortion! Their customer service team via chat are also robots that copy and paste the same scripted texts. There is no customer care whatsoever. Have contacted their phone team after waiting almost an hour to speak with a person, and was hung up.
Avoid them at all costs unless you don't care about giving money to people who will mistreat you and milk you for your money. Will never fly with them. They get you on unexpected baggage charges and missed flight charges when other airlines would have let you board.
