Items were returned and JCPenney will not refund shipping even though it is their poor service. Talk to the CUSTOMER SERVICE 20 numbers and they told me I have to contact the post office and track it down. So disgraceful!

This type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer’s satisfaction has to be acknowledged. Having in mind such a pleasant experience with your colleague it would be my pleasure to continue doing business with your company.

The supervisor was very disrespectful in her body language; rolling her eyes and making little nasty comments. When I tried to talk to her by phone she interrupted me. Horrible attitude!! This level of disrespect is so ugly for jcpenney.

I was disappointed to discover that I am responsible for some money return postage despite what I feel was their bad information. Any savings I might had had have been completely wiped out. Not happy.
