I spoke to a specialist over the phone on the different chair options and he gave me such good guidance on what the differences were. Amazing customer service. I was able to get professional and kind assistance from HumanScale customer service agent on the phone to answer my tech questions.

Called several times. Did not solve any issue. I'm very disappointed. Humanscale has a reputation for good product design, but the website falls short in so many ways. Due to these failures on Humanscale's part I cannot recommend Humanscale to my colleagues or indeed any person.

It offers absolutely no support for the upper back, head or neck, reclining with so little resistance that the only ways to sit are slumped forward or so slouched that you can't reach the desk at all.

The arm pads deteriorated and fell apart. I was very disappointed that such an expensive chair would fall apart and Humanscale would not replace the arm pads under their warranty.
