By purchasing our hardware and servicing it ourselves, we can react quickly to every situation and cut out the extra overhead of repackaging another provider's services. We pass these savings directly on to our clients.
Could not pass the installation stage. After hours of working on the multiple issues I have simply given up. The support is fast to react but that does not mean they can handle any issue. They kept asking for details and for pictures, even for the most simple ones that should be handled easily. At the end, the tickets are escalated to a higher support level and nothing happens there.
