I realize that I should have read the policy more carefully instead of trusting the agent's word - unfortunately I DID trust the agent. I won't ever make that mistake again. I won't recommend Homeinsurance. Don't trust these people!!

Very professional!! e impressive was the fact that yearly Homeinsurance.com inputs your current information and checks to be sure you are getting the best deal. Shopping insurance is no longer an issue. They do it for me!!

If you are not going to be honest in your representation for all companies and consumers, you should not be in business. At the end of the discussion the sales guy was very pushy.

Once someone answered, they immediately put me on hold without asking me for another 5 minutes. When the phone rang again they answered and immediately hung up on me. This is extremely unprofessional.
