Your satisfaction with our products and services is guaranteed.If you are not satisfied you may return the item in new condition, in its original packaging within 10 days of purchase and we will, excluding any shipping charges, refund your money less a 10% restocking fee.
No returns are accepted on personalized or customized products. Damage or errors made by Great Golf Memories or its suppliers will be replaced or repaired at no charge. Product returns require a pre-approved authorization from Hole In One Trophies for any requested return of new and unused merchandise.
The engraving was too dark to see or read. That work should have never left the quality control. Then I asked for a refund or replacement and they would not do it without costing me a restock and shipping charge. I never would do that to my customer if they were not satisfied. I would replace or refund at no charge at all. So, I'm not happy with the product and service.
