Whenever you try communicate with their agents who are not really english speaking, they tell you they will get back to you in 24 hours, which they never do, i have been following up for the past 14 days and get the same response every time. Whatever you do, do no use these scammers!
Possibly not the best service. I'd ordered a gift to arrive on weekend day which was on a Sunday and paid extra for delivery. Sunday rolls around, no gift, no tracking number,so I reach out to customer service on Live chat. After about an hour they offer me a refund on delivery and for it to arrive on the next week instead.
