What a scam! Any website that does not have a direct customer service number or address, be very suspicious of. I ordered a coat. Did not receive a tracking number and after more than two months, no product either.

Neither the store, not Fancy’s customer service reps would reply me. The website does not show where is your order. This company will not communicate with you. Don't buy from them!!!

I will never use them again. The product it came today and it was fake. They sold me fake urban decay product. The case is fake and poorly put together. Very Disappointed.
