Were very knowledgeable and were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable since this was my first time. I didn't have to spend hours on the phone talking with numerous agents and another bonus was the prices where more affordable. Great service.

You see the prices of the insurance you are looking for, other sites don't give you the price they must call you. I'm one rather see the price than have someone call you and give all this stuff over the phone.

Chat support people are very good, but limited in what they can help with, so spend their time apologizing. If you miss the call and try to call back, you will only get the agent voicemail. They will only try once to connect via call, then give up.

Terrible service. Difficult understanding the support staff, bad connection and difficulty understanding and speaking English. Was not able to help me with a simple request to set up online access- was told after 45 minutes to wait a few days and try again.

Very poor way to treat paying customers. Reps not knowledgeable and left doubts in the answers provided. This is an unsatisfactory practice for a company that is suppose to protect your client information.
