They Don’t care about you. They only care about what benefits them. And when they realize they can’t fix their mistake, they just left you hanging. No apology. No phone calls. No nothing. This is a horrible horrible company.

I am extremely disappointed in this whole system and lack of customer service! My address should have be fixed at the very first phone call and everything to be okay, but instead they complicated the things.
