The dealership wasn't even prepared for me when i arrived and the car wasn't even the there i was told it was gonna get transported from a different location lies lies lies. i did not like the sales rep at all very rude he made it seem like i couldn't afford the car i had a similar car just a different year. I really didn't appreciate that at all when i walked in i didn't feel welcomed at all.
They are nothing but crap. stay away big mistake. Stay away from this place!!! Eastern's would not fix any of these problems claiming they were not responsible. The control rods were worn out. The brake caliper is leaking and they rotated the tires to put the bald spots on the inside. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. BIG BIG BIG waste of your time.
The gears was slipping. So i drove the car of the lot with those issues. I feel as if i shouldn't have to pay for the fix on this vehicle when i brought it back 2 week later after purchased. If you are a female please bring someone with you or you will be stuck, pay attention to all of your paper work.
Total SCAM dealership! I helped my girlfriend purchase a vehicle that met her needs and within a week of having the vehicle, the vehicle began to jerk upon acceleration. I immediately called the dealership at the Sterling location where she bought the vehicle and they said that they can't do anything!
