Had to leave the bank go ALL the way back to have the check signed. Got there manager wasn't available to signed the check after running back and fourth all day. Needless to say. My experience wasn't the greatest.

Only reason we sold it was because we were in a pickle and could not wait for someone to buy it we needed the cash right away. But definitely will not sell a car through this site again.

The driver took my car without consulting with someone at the time of pick up like I told him to do when he actually finally did come. My car also still had personal belongings on it and the tags were still attached. Driver had to bring me back but did not bring the car back.

Waited all day for pickup. Had to call 3 times because nobody showed up to pick up our vehicle. Literally lost a day's wages because the vehicle was not picked up until after 5 pm when we had the 8 am-12 noon appointment time.
