The company offers waterproof and premium quality of thermally and acoustically insulated tent made from highly hydrophobic membrane which stops water penetration and the interior is made with porous fabrics which allow direct passage of air and contains a quilted system that provides warmth when temperatures drop and cool dry conditions during humidity, thus enabling campers and travelers to stay comfortable in any weather, without facing the spikes of temperature.
My experience has been horrible. In my 25 years as a consumer I have never experienced customer service this terrible. No response to emails multiple times, no response to phone calls and inability to satisfy reasonable customer requests are just some of the brutal experiences I've had in trying to receive my product.
