hey falsely advertise smart rewards as free next day delivery and have never lived up to this once. They falsely advertise a full size product at your birthday ,I have contacted them numerous times by email and a very rude live chat clown and still no fulfillment of their own smart rewards promises. I have put in formal complaints in writing to never have them dealt with. Absolutely disgraceful!

Customer service a definite five stars. Delivery possibly four stars. I had a delivery missing an item and it was sorted out online in minutes. If an item doesn't agree with you there is a free return option. Online consultations, what else do you need.

Such a shame. I used the Clinique official website to shop their products twice and I didn’t receive the samples I ordered for their website. So I contacted them and explained the case and they just said matter of availability, that’s it! In my opinion, I think if they really care about customers they should offer alternative ways to solve the issues.

I asked the lady for a tester shade in the foundation and she said ‘because she had little left she can’t give a tester’. I literally asked politely please can I have a tiny bit, as it’s quite expensive and want to make sure it’s the correct shade but she still refused. I asked curiously, surely the tester bottles will finish one day and that she’s going to have to open another one, one day anyway! Very bad experience.
