VERY unprofessional, unethical and an under managed company. The employees had no idea what they were doing, communication among staff was lacking. By far, it was the most anguishing experience we had to deal with. We had to change our closing date four times because loan wasn't processed in underwriting.
I got a car I'm not pleased with the performance is not like a cross over or an SUV more like a 4 cylinder car stuck in one gear, and also a higher monthly payment to boot. My advice don't talk to a loan representative when your desperate to find a way out of your situation because you end up making the wrong decision.
City Lending was great they contacted me with the option to refinance my car or get into a better car. After weighing all my options the best one for me was to get into a better car that. They referred me to an awesome dealership that did everything in their power to get me into my dream car
