If u want to stay at serenity point i guess its shelter but i wont be back to this rental outfit! Extremely dirty and they said they would be right over to fix electric covers and never showed up all week!

Even with everything becoming automated, they still offer great personal service for any problem, big or small with a live person at the end of a phone to ensure vacations are as enjoyable as possible.

One of the bed sheet sets arrived absolutely covered in dog hair. We washed it ourselves to quickly solve the issue but was disappointing. Not relaxing at all. There was a broken table in the carport as well and a bench with a broken leg that a piece of wood was placed under the leg to level it. The back yard was grown up with feces from the past dogs. Horrible Experience!!!

The floors were dirty as well as dust and hair under the edges of the furniture in all of the rooms, living room and dining room included. Every surface looked as if it had not been thoroughly dusted all season.

Excellent experience with Carolina Retreats. Like how they texted all instructions as well as emailed. Very responsive when we needed something done at the house.
