Carol gives me back my time and makes it incredibly easy to say yes to a workout as it's super quick. I've never been more consistent with my exercise since getting a Carol bike 2 years ago. The AI in my CAROL bike pushes me to the limit each time, without going over.
There are a very limited number of workouts which get very boring after a while. I contacted Carol about my system shutting down in the middle of longer constant resistance routines. I received an email saying they were looking into it. Not hearing anything back after that for maybe a week.
