This is terrible and I was not told about this by the agent who sold the policy to me! On top of that my first accident was not managed well at all as there was a delay in my car rental. Then they lost my son’s paperwork for being a good student and I had to resend! This is a horrible company and I do not recommend them at all!
I am absolutely incensed that they can get away with such a predatory practice! I will do my best to discourage other teachers in California from doing business with California Casualty. Very disappointed in this company, and I will probably be shopping around for new insurance.
