When I went to cancel my preorder, they told me they couldn't because my payment secures my bag onto the boat essentially. WHAT?!? No, that's not how preorders work. I understand you use that money to try and get some things moving, but in no way do you get to hold my money hostage because you guys couldn't fulfill the initial delivery agreement.
They look very premium and I’m thrilled with the quality and design functionality. Great products that I will get years of use. Is the perfect size. Not too big or small. It makes a great everyday bag plus if I need my camera, I purchased the insert and it fits perfectly.
