Frustrating that Blue Sky doesn't take the initiative to help their customers with shipment info. I’ve received no update since the order confirmation. They don’t respond to email or pick up their phone.

Was told I had to pay for return. No follow up, until I made repeated calls and promised replacement shoes for over a month. Tired, I asked for my money back, which I was given minus original shipping costs. Beware of this company by all means.

They didn't do what they said, even if it would have cost them a few bucks in 3-day shipping. On top of them charging for shipping and their silly handling fee, I may never shop at Blue Sky again.

They didn't reply to my email request for delivery. I ordered 3 day delivery and it's been over a week and it hasn't shipped yet. I will never order here again.
